Job Description
  1. Handling Office assistants / peons as per the requirements of clients / departments.
  2. Lead the group of more than 50 Contractual, Maintenance, Generator, House Keeping, Canteen and Logistic Staff and evaluate General working performance.
  3. Proper book keeping of inventories.
  4. Ensure the repair and maintenance of office premises and company assets.
  5. Cleanliness of office premises and verifying of utility bills.
  6. Timely arrangement of visa / air ticket / hotel as per business need
  7. Provide administrative support to all bureaus.
  8. Manage the performance of individual members of the Department.
  9. Update knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis.
Job Requirement

  3. Proficient  in MS Office
